Group access for Internal maps is available on: Enterprise and Agency
Internal maps are private – ensuring only authorised users can view sensitive map visualisations.
Internal maps are only accessible to authorised users when signed in to Mango. If you have invited colleagues or clients into your account, Internal maps can also be accessed by any User in a Group by granting view permissions to the desired groups.
To grant access permissions to Groups, select Internal from the Access panel, and click the cog icon.
In the popup window, select the groups you want to provide View access to the map.
If no Groups are selected, the map will only be accessible to you, the account owner.
