This article relates to accounts created under the Mango Partner program.
As a partner, it is likely you will be creating maps and datasets as part of your work for the client. To allow you to do this, you have full access to administer client accounts as if you were the account holder.
To manage a client’s account, open your Partner dashboard and click on the cog icon for the account you wish to manage, then select pen Manage account.
This will open a new browser window and load the client account. An authorisation token is passed from the Partner dashboard which logs you in to the client account with full administrator privileges.
From here you can upload data and create maps as you would with an ordinary Mango account.
When finished, sign out of the account.
Please note: Some browsers will automatically block “popup” windows, so if no window appears, you may need to allow popups to continue. Look for an alert in the browser’s address bar, and click on it.
The message may vary between browsers.
In Chrome, select Always allow popups from https://partner.mangomap.com, and press Done.
