Reactivating an account that was previously Active
Reactivating a suspended Active account will restore access to the account and immediately start a new billing cycle. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you.
Suspending an account for a less than one billing period is not recommended, as reactivation will restart a billing cycle immediately and your card on file will be charged.
To restrict access to a client temporarily, please do so via the map and data access settings when managing the client's account.
Reactivating an account that was previously in Trial
Reactivating a suspended Trial account will restore access to the account.
If the account's trial period has not passed, the account will reactivate with the Trial status.
If the trial expiry date has passed, the account will reactivate as an Active account, and a billing subscription will be created with the current plan settings.
How to reactivate an account
To reactivate an account, click the cog icon for the account you wish to reactivate in your dashboard and choose play Reactivate account.
You will be asked for your partner password to confirm the reactivation.
