The activation link allows the invitee to create their own password. We recommend the invitee performs this action themselves for security purposes.

If you would like to send the invitation directly to the user, check the box "Send invitation email to this person". This will send
Note for white label users:
If you wish to preserve your white label, ensure the invitation checkbox is un-checked, so the invitation is sent only to you. When white label is enabled, the invitee's activation page will not display any Mango branding.
Note for custom domain users:
If you have a custom domain enabled, the activation link will use your custom domain. If you disable the custom domain, the activation link will no longer work.
- Click ADD MEMBER.
This will send the invitation. The invitee can then activate their account using the activation link in the email.
User sign in
Users can sign in via your branded account page. The URL for the account page is https://mangomap.com/{ your account name }/sign-in
Customers using a custom domain should replace mangomap.com with their domain.
Troubleshooting access issues
If your user has forgotten their password, they can request a password reset using the form at https://mangomap.com/passwords/new
Users can access this link from the account sign-in page. This link is not shown to customers using the White Label branding option, as it sits on the mangomap.com domain and cannot be accessed via your custom domain.
Revoking User Access
If you want to remove an invited user from access to your maps and data, you can do so in several ways:
- To prevent the user from viewing specific maps or data, remove the user from any groups with view or edit access to those maps and datasets
- To remove edit access, downgrade the user role to Private Viewer, or
- To remove the user's access completely, delete their user profile from your account.
As Administrators and Data Editors are premium user roles, deleting a user will free up the available quota for the deleted user’s role. That means you can create a new user to use that role's quota immediately after deleting a premium user.
