Administrators and Data Editors are premium add-ons. To invite users in these roles, first upgrade your add-on user quotas.
Private Viewers are free - create as many as you need, whenever you need.
You can use Private viewers to privately share a set of maps with clients, or create many Private viewers to allow special access for a range of stakeholders in multiple groups.
To invite people as Administrators or Data Editors, you first need to increase your premium add-on user quota. Here's how to do it:
- Navigate to your account panel by clicking on your name on the lower left of your administration sidebar.
- From the Account Summary section, click Buy Users and add your desired number of Administrators or Data Editors, and click Proceed to Checkout.
NOTE: During a 30 day trial you can increase your quota for premium add-on users at any time. Simple select your desired number of users and click Continue Trial.

How we bill for premium add-on users
Quota upgrades are billed pro-rata, based on your current billing cycle.
At your next subscription renewal, the add-ons will be charged at the normal rate for your selected plan and billing cycle.
If you have a monthly subscription, you will be charged monthly for your add-on users quota; if you have an annual or multi-year subscription, the quota will be billed for the full annual or multi-year billing cycle.
We’ll use your existing billing information on file to charge for the quota upgrade. If you wish to change the billing card, please update your billing information prior to upgrading.
Test driving premium add-on users
If you’d like to test drive the premium add-ons free of charge for 14 days, upgrade your premium add-on quota in your Account panel, then click the Try Free for 14 Days button to start a 14 day upgrade trial. If you're happy with the features, just keep working and we'll automatically bill for the upgrades at the end of the 14 trial at the pro-rata rate.
