What can I do during my 30 day trial?
Everything. Your trial is a fully functional account on the Enterprise plan level. Create, share, invite your team, and evaluate whether Mango is the right choice for you without any roadblocks. If Mango is the right fit for your organisation, you can check out on a paid subscription at any time.
Can I switch plans during the trial?
Yes, you can change your plan, billing cycle, and add-on users at any time in your Account panel.
Can I try features on higher plans?
Sure can. You can try any feature or add-on on any plan for the duration of your 30-day trial. It's simple to change plans at any time. Paid customers can also trial new features on higher plans with no risk with a 14 day upgrade trial.
Can I extend my trial?
We understand that procurement processes are sometimes longer than desired, so if you would like more time to keep building maps until your accounts department are ready to proceed with a payment, just get in touch with the Mango Support Team via the messenger in your administration panel.
What happens after the 30 day trial?
If you haven't opted to purchase a monthly, annual or multi-year subscription by the end of the 30 day free trial, your maps will be switched offline, and your account will become unavailable.
All maps and data remain secured in the account, so your work isn't lost. However, after 21 days of inactivity, all maps and data are deleted from our servers as per our privacy policy.
Any team members you invited to your account will also be unable to access any maps or data until you purchase a subscription.
If I invite my team, will they be able to view or edit my datasets?
Your datasets are always private until you explicitly choose to share them, and you can provide view and/or edit access to authorised users. To grant an invited user access to specific datasets, please see the help centre article on Data Access.
