If you are experiencing financial hardship due the the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, please contact support@mangomap.com to discuss your account and how we may be able to help to support your mapping during this time.
If you wish to stop serving maps and prevent any new billings from Mango, then we would advise that you download any data you may need and close your Mango account by selecting the Cancel account button on your Mango account page. This will immediately terminate your Mango account and stop billing.
All data stored in Mango will be deleted 21 days from account closure, but if you would like the account to be reopened at any time before or after this occurs, you only need to sign back into your account and checkout with a new subscription.
