How to change your billing cycle

Mango offers 6 flavours of subscription length, or billing cycles:

• monthly
• annual
• two year
• three year
• four year
• five year

Your billing cycle determines when we'll charge you for renewal of your subscription.

All subscriptions are automatically renewing.

Long term billing discounts

Annual subscriptions receive an automatic 20% discount.

Two to Five year subscriptions receive an automatic 30% discount. 

How to change billing cycles

To change your billing cycle, first open your Account panel.

1. Select Manage Plan
2. Select Manage billing
3. Choose your preferred billing cycle
4. Preview your changes
5. Save changes

Billing cycle changes will always start a new subscription period at the time of change.

If you are switching to a longer billing cycle:

• all unused credit you have remaining from your old billing cycle will be credited to your billing account with us
• you will be invoiced for the full amount for the new billing cycle
• we'll deduct any available credit for the new billing cycle
• we'll charge your credit card for the balance

If you are switching to a shorter billing cycle:

• all unused credit you have remaining from your old billing cycle will be credited to your billing account with us
• you'll be invoiced the full amount of the new billing cycle
• we'll deduct any available credit up to the value of the invoice
• we'll charge your credit card for the balance, (if any)
• any credit still remaining will be drawn down on subsequent renewals.
